The 12th annual celebration honors loved ones through visual art, music, dance, and cultural expression across the City Hall grounds and Promenade Park Amphitheater.
Festival admission is free. Families can add unlimited Kids Zone rides with a wristband, and the official event page provides the program, parking map, and latest visitor guidance.
